Important Message for Dolce Vita Life in Balance Members:
Hello to the wonderful and supportive Members of Dolce Vita Wellness & Medical Spa!
As you know we have fully transitioned into the Village at Rancharrah and closed our doors at our Sandhill location in South Meadows. With still some growth phases ahead, we wanted to express our gratitude for your patience and understanding during our construction dust, and most importantly continuing to grow with us and be a part of our Dolce Vita family. We are honored to have you as a Life in Balance Member and supporting Reno’s favorite local spa!
We hope you are enjoying your membership and all it entails, as we have challenged through our soft opening phase, opening new lounges, and completing all the final details. We have had several questions on how the membership works, and the changes involved. We have tried to make this transition as easy as possible, and have highlighted here the main details.
There are 3 day spa Memberships:
ESSENTIAL $85/mo
ENHANCED $125/mo
ELEVATED $165/mo
There is 1 medspa Membership:
AGELESS $185/mo
There is a combined day spa and medspa membership:
$235/mo
As a Life in Balance member, you will now have a “spa bank” that remains in your account for use on spa treatments. You can choose any spa treatment during the month, or multiple times per month, and you may use any amount in your spa bank to apply towards current priced treatments, enhancements, plus a member 10% discount.
All membership levels will receive an automatic 10% discount on all treatments, enhancements, retail products, and additional beverages.
On top of all the benefits and member perks, you are entitled to a complimentary beverage at our Nourish Wellness Bar, now open. Each time you visit the spa for a treatment, enjoy a sparkling cocktail or mocktail. As a Member, you are invited to exclusive member Fireside Reception events, held monthly on the third Thursday of the month. Enjoy live outdoor music, hosted cocktails, and small bites. We look forward to getting to know you in Reno’s living room at The Village at Rancharrah
Your spa banked credits will stay on your and never expire as long as you are an active member of Dolce Vita Wellness Spa and until you are ready to reserve an appointment. If you accrued credits from our previous membership they will be transferred to “spa dollars” and deposited into your spa bank
The new location is 10,000 sq ft space with day spa, medspa, and wellness in an inspiring showcase of natural and creative elements. There are now 12 day spa and 5 medspa treatment rooms to serve you with expanded availability. We have added 3 relaxation lounges, a Nourish Wellness Bar, an outdoor veranda and patio space, beautiful scenic views, whirlpool hot tub, mens and womens dressing rooms, steam and infrared saunas, and a new body treatment vichy table, with the same great, customized professional service and skilled therapists
As of this email, all lounges are open and available for relaxation, including the Women’s Sanctuary Atrium, Fireside Lounge, Nourish Bar, Outdoor Veranda, Womens and Mens dressing rooms, Infrared saunas, and steam sauna
You may have heard that we have a live feature at the spa, everyone is excited to see the exotic floating movement in our newest lounge, Ocean Meditation Lounge.
Since they are new fragile friends, the setup process has to be completed correctly so the jellyfish can survive. It takes approximately 4 weeks for the water, levels, and nitrates to be perfectly adjusted.
The Ocean Meditation Lounge will be available as soon as it is deemed sustainable to showcase the jellyfish.
Moving into a new expanded location did bring about some price changes, but BIG amenities along with it. In a lot of ways, we are now able to offer many of the amenities of the larger casino spas, without the hustle of a corporate or smoky casino facility and less customised tourist environment. We love to serve our local Reno Community and will continue to bring you the first class service you are used to, and MORE!
In general, prices are now more in line with larger, amenity based spas, but still well below the average nationwide. Our 50 min relaxation massage and organic essential is now priced at $125, and our 80 minute is $175, and our 105 minute is $225. (Remember, your 10% member price is applied to any treatment).
We still have some of the best trained therapists in the industry, and offer first class enhancements, products and innovative treatments. Your value priced treatments and member pricing cannot be combined with other offers or discounted pricing, including packages, as they are already discounted
Please review your membership plan, and the new terms in this email. Many members may not be affected by the minor changes, and your autopay has been continuing at the same rate as when you signed up, and accumulating credit in your Spa Bank. If you find you need further explanation of our Life In Balance program, don’t hesitate to call or to speak with one of our guest services representatives or we would love to host you and go over everything in detail with a tour of our new home!

FAQ's:
As with any other promotion, we cannot combine discounts. Membership discount cannot be used on packages, as they are already value bundled.
We ask that you give at least 24 hours advance notice to change an appointment type or time. If we don’t hear from you the evening prior to your appointment, a same day change fee of 50% will apply. If you fail to arrive for your regularly scheduled appointment, the full 100% fee will be charged to the card on file. As always we try to accomodate any emergencies, but must honor the time your provider has set aside specifically for your appointment.
All of our new membership programs are intended to be used individually. We encourage family to look into a current member program, or the primary member can purchase a day pass for their guest at 10% off.
We welcome you to utilize the spa and our customized treatments as much as you feel during the course of the month. You may utilize any amount available in your Spa Bank, and you will always be entitled to the member pricing, AND a complimentary beverage each time you visit.
The year 2020 and 2021 has proven extremely challenging. We need your additional support and patience as we course through the growth phase, soft opening, and grand opening. We have been working through the normal growing pains and still working through processes, hiring and training new staff, and making sure all details are extremely well planned and special before announcing a grand opening celebration, but it will be soon!
