If you find you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you can do so up until 8 p.m. the night before your scheduled appointment for no charge. For any appointments canceled or rescheduled past 8 p.m. the night prior to your scheduled appointment, Dolce Vita will charge a 50% fee to the card on file.

Late arrivals will be charged for the entirety of their scheduled visit. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount, or a prepaid member service will be redeemed for the missed appointment.

These terms also apply to inclement weather cancellations. Please monitor conditions and contact Dolce Vita within the cancellation window if there is a chance your travel will be impacted by weather. 

To hold a reservation, you must provide a valid credit card number. Dolce Vita will not charge your card unless you cancel or miss your appointment without appropriate notice. See Cancellations policy for additional information. For your convenience, we offer appointment confirmation through e-mail or text messaging.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Outside food and alcohol are prohibited inside of the spa. Taking alcohol off of the spa premises is prohibited. Dolce Vita reserves the right to discontinue or refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Dolce Vita Wellness Spa honors educating young adults about self care and offers youth treatments to minors age 14 and older. At the same time, we promote an adult space where our guests and members can find respite and peace. For this reason, Dolce Vita Wellness enforces the following guidelines for children and minors in the spa:

• Minors ages 14+ may utilize the spa’s amenities and lounge areas with a scheduled treatment, however an adult must be present and with direct supervision of minor at all times. Day passes for minors may not be purchased independently.
  
  
• A parent or guardian must provide a signed consent form for treatment prior to service acknowledging treatment type and guidelines. 
  
  
• Parent or guardian is responsible for the conduct and safety of their minor children at all times and is required to be on-site during the entire treatment time. 
  
  
• If both parent and minor are scheduled to receive treatments, appointment times must align to ensure direct supervision of the child prior to and following treatments.
  
  
• Parental consent is limited to one child per adult.
  
  
• Alcoholic beverages will not be served to underaged guests. 
  
  
• Massage treatments for minors are typically performed by the same-sex provider and side-by-side massage treatments are encouraged in a dual room. 
  
  
• Most Medical Spa services are contraindicated for minors and consultation is required. Facial treatments for minors may be limited to organic options suitable for young skin. See menu options. 
  
  
• Complimentary tours of the spa facility are available to guests 18 and older. Children under 14 are not permitted to walk through the spa.
  
  
• Adults 18 and older with spa appointments may not bring children to attend their appointment unless they meet the above mentioned conditions. 
  
  
• Dolce Vita Wellness Spa reserves the right to make exceptions or modifications to this policy. Please contact the spa with questions.

As a Spa Guest, we know you want to show appreciation for the quality service provided by Dolce Vita practitioners. Customary gratuities average between 15-20 percent of the treatment price, but we always respect your tipping decisions. You may give your therapist a tip in cash or by credit card at the front desk at check out.

Dolce Vita accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and cash. Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services & products. Product refunds will only be considered if presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase. Unused and unopened items will receive a full refund, and opened products within the 14 days will incur a restocking fee and receive a spa credit. We cannot issue credit for merchandise that has been depleted by 25% or more. Gift certificates and gift card purchases are final and may not be redeemed for cash.

Specials are not valid in combination with other discounts, offers or coupons. Gift cards may not be purchased or used in conjunction with any special offer, discount or coupon. Other restrictions may apply.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. Arriving early allows you to transition from the outside world to the tranquility of Dolce Vita. You may also fill out paperwork and change into a robe and slippers provided prior to your treatment. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled. Late arrivals may be rescheduled, or the remainder of the service time may be used at full price.

Clients who have reserved a massage, facial, or body treatment will receive a locker, robe and slippers when they arrive at Dolce Vita. As you change into your robe, dress to your comfort level. During a massage treatment, our therapists drape you to protect your privacy, so being completely undressed is appropriate. If you feel more comfortable wearing undergarments for your massage, please feel free to do so.

Dolce Vita is a tranquil retreat, and we want to create an atmosphere that allows all our clients to escape from the world outside. In consideration of others, please refrain from talking on your cell phone inside the spa or leave in your assigned locker. All cell phones must be in silent/do not disturb mode or turned off while at Dolce Vita.

When scheduling your treatment, please let us know if you have any physical ailments, medical conditions, or allergies. Our practitioners should also be notified if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or any other medical condition. Our staff will personalize your treatment to meet any special needs or accommodations you may require. Dolce Vita practitioners cannot work on clients with open wounds, abrasions, or other skin conditions. If you have any questions about a spa treatment and your health, please consult a doctor. We perform massage on expectant mothers who are in their second or third trimester.
